Sometimes, in our line of work as a landlord, we are tasked with enforcing rules on all that seem unfair to the individual. We are routinely asked if the rules can be changed for one,
when in fact, that is the very definition of discrimination: treating one, or one group, differently than another. Please know that when we have to enforce a rule that may seem unfair
to an individual, it is in an effort to assure all are treated fairly and not meant in any way to unfairly impact anyone.
