Regular Service Requests Should Be Made Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM ONLY.

How To videos

  1. A maintenance person will be dispatched to my address as soon as possible based on urgency.
  2. You may receieve a phone call (not a text) from Mak Gregor Management in order to communicate about your request.
  3. Maintenance will knock before entering but have the right to enter and perform requested service even if I am not present.
  4. I acknowledge if I refuse entry I will be charged a trip charge.
  5. If work performed is determined to be the residents responsibility I will receive an invoice for the work. For example: Resetting circuit breakers or reset buttons on garbage disposals, drains clogged with grease or personal items, light bulbs, batteries, furnace filters needing changed, no repair needed, resident simply failed to use device correctly, etc.
  6. If there are others living in your residence please inform them service has been called and to expect service to arrive and enter if there is no answer.
  7. We do not call you back to discuss or schedule service – we will dispatch service calls upon receipt and according to urgency.
